The Spacelords – NECTAR OF THE GODS Compact Disc Digi
£30.99
One should – no, one must never give up. Rarely has this fundamental truth of life been expressed more powerfully – or with greater musical force – than on the ninth studio album, URANUS OMNIBUS SANCTUS, by the now legendary, Europe-wide acclaimed and highly decorated SPACELORDS. The journey towards completing this richly resonant production led the band through a veritable asteroid belt of personal setbacks and technical near-catastrophes.The core crew of the stoner orbiter – Matthias “HAZI” Wettstein (guitar), Marcus “MUDGE” Schnitzler (drums), Ekhard “AKEE” Kazmaier (bass) – were pushed to their absolute limits, demanding extraordinary reserves of perseverance, resilience, friendship, imagination and technical ingenuity. Yet, true to the motto proclaimed at the outset, these trials ultimately gave rise to another milestone on the band’s journey towards the perfected, unmistakable SPACELORDS sound-nirvana.
