We accept all major debit and credit cards from customers in every country in your own currancy (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, SEPA, Sofort, iDEAL, giropay, Alipay) aswell as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Microsoft Pay for mobile and desktop.
All our prices are listed on our site using our local currency British Pound Sterling (GBP £).
All card orders will be charged when you place an order and will be paid instantly after our online store checkout process. This is to avoid any payment issues from our side when the time comes to ship and any surprise charges at a later date on your account.
We do our best to try accomdate postage to as many countries as we possibly can, but unfortunately we cannot send out to every part of the world. The reasons for this may be because of customs and political restrictions, enormously high duties & taxes or an excessive amount of fraud or lost packages / failed orders in your country.
We often review the list of countries we can accept orders from every few months based on information both from Royal Mail / Other Couriers and our recent experiences with shipping orders to a country. If your country is not on the current list at checkout please check back periodically or drop us a message and we can look into it if possible.
We typically aim to post out orders within around 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday) of your order being placed. Orders placed around bank holidays, major events and other busy periods can sometimes take a bit longer but we'll try to do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible. Some items can take longer to post such as our own designs which are usually printed to order (turn around usually 5 - 10 working days) to save on production waste and stock storage space. All longer shipping times are usually referenced on the individual product page when ordering.
Orders are generally shipped with Royal Mail with postage tracking, please check your order page for tracking number or email us and we can send you details. Bulk / large orders may be shipped using other couriers (typically one's over 2kg), we'll contact you if this is the case.
Please drop us an email if you require your order sooner for some reason, such as a special event / birthday / gig etc. and we'll try to accommodate if we can.
