MAJESTIC DYLAN & THE DEAD SHOW FROM THEIR JOINT 1987 TOURThe Dylan & The Dead Tour took place in the summer of 1987 and consisted of six concerts. Each show began with one or two lengthy sets by the Grateful Dead of their own material, followed by a set of the Dead acting as Dylan’s backup band. The concert they played in Eugene, Oregon on July 19th, at the city’s Autzen Stadium, was generally considered the tour’s best show, and was recorded for live broadcast locally and synched across the US on a number of stations. This awesome concert has not previously been released on vinyl, but now this new release features the entire Dylan & the Dead set performed that hot summer evening over 30 years ago.
