Since 1986 King has released many classic horror metal albums, which because of their outstanding storylines and musical variety are unique in the hard rock scene.King Diamond’s eleventh studio album ‘The Puppet Master’ was released in 2003. The album tells a gruesome story about a young couple lured into becoming living puppets for evil puppeteers in 18th-century Budapest. Featuring signature high-pitched vocals, atmospheric keyboards, and catchy riffs, the album is known for its intricate narrative and theatrical metal style and is often considered a highlight of King Diamond’s later work.
