Hirax – HATE, FEAR & POWER CD

Back in print for the first time in nearly 20 years, LA’s legendary Hirax returns to deliver 8 tracks of pure thrash in under 20 minutes!Recorded in 1986 with drummer Eric Brecht (D.R.I.), this sophomore release takes the speed and intensity of Raging Violence and cranks it up a notch. A key release in the blending of thrash metal and hardcore punk, featuring the high-pitched vocals of Katon W. De Pena. Fast, relentless, and direct. Often cited as a cult classic, with a tighter, more furious songwriting approach similar to early SOD or Repulsion. RIYL: DRI | Slayer | Repulsion | Exodus | Cryptic Slaughter | Municipal Waste
